Key takeaways
  • Klaviyo scores highest (83/100): AI subject lines and copy, Smart Send Time, predicted churn, next order date and lifetime value, Segments AI from a sentence and a Composer agent that drafts campaigns and flows, all on every paid plan, at about $30 a month for 1,000 profiles and about $150 at 10,000.
  • Omnisend (80) is the only platform here that gives AI subject lines and an AI segment builder on the free plan, with 24/7 support on every plan and about $20 at 1,000 contacts; send-time optimization is a Pro feature or a paid add-on. Brevo (78) is the one where the AI writes an entire campaign from Starter, but AI segmentation sits on the $499 Professional plan.
  • ActiveCampaign (74) builds automations and whole campaigns from a prompt on every plan and keeps predictive sending for Pro; HubSpot (72) puts Breeze copy and subject lines on the free plan and meters its agents with credits, with workflows starting at $800 a month.
  • SendPulse (69) generates automation flows, chatbot flows, landing pages and pop-ups from prompts on the cheapest ladder here, but has no send-time optimization or predictive features and no AI subject lines; MailerLite (69), GetResponse (65) and Mailchimp (59), the most-searched name, trail on plan gating: Mailchimp's generative AI is not on Free or Essentials and its assistant is a beta in English only.
  • AI copy does not change how mailbox providers judge you. Whatever tool writes the email, your domain still needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a generated subject line still needs a spam check before it goes to 10,000 people.

Every email marketing platform now has an AI page, and most of them say the same four things: it writes, it picks the send time, it predicts, it builds. Ask an AI assistant for the best AI email marketing tools and it goes to check: it reads the official AI feature pages of HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo and ActiveCampaign, asks which plan includes AI writing and send time optimization, and compares pricing, with Omnisend, Constant Contact, MailerLite, Kit and Customer.io behind them. This ranking is that comparison: nine platforms scored on what their AI is documented to do for copy, timing, personalization and segmentation, which plan carries it, and what it costs, with the same 100-point method as every ranking on this site.

The short answer. Klaviyo scores 83/100: AI subject lines and copy, Smart Send Time, predicted churn and lifetime value, Segments AI and a Composer agent that drafts campaigns and flows, on every paid plan, at the highest price in the group. Omnisend (80) is the only platform with AI subject lines and an AI segment builder on the free plan, with 24/7 support, and sells send-time optimization as a Pro feature or an add-on. Brevo (78) lets Aura design an entire campaign from Starter at the lowest per-email price, with AI segmentation at $499. ActiveCampaign (74), HubSpot (72), SendPulse (69), MailerLite (69), GetResponse (65) and Mailchimp (59) fit narrower cases explained below.

Prices and AI features were read from official pricing and feature pages on October 23, 2026, or, where a page could not be loaded from the US or showed a non-US currency, taken from widely reported figures and written as “about $X”.

“Vendor DMARC / BIMI” is our DNS check of each vendor’s corporate domain on October 23, 2026. It says nothing about the mail you send through them; it shows whether the vendor practices the authentication it asks you to set up.

How we scored AI email marketing tools

The SenderDirect AI Email Score (version 1.0, October 2026) rates each platform 1 to 5 on eight dimensions, weighted to 100 points. The persona is a small business with one person doing the marketing, a store or a services site, 1,000 contacts today and 10,000 within two years, which wants the AI to write the first draft, pick the send time, build the segment and the automation, and tell it what worked, without a mid-tier plan as the price of entry.

Dimension Weight What we measured Data source
AI copy 20 Body and subject line generation, tone and translation, and the plan that carries it Official feature pages and help centers
Send-time and predictive 15 Best time per recipient, churn, lifetime value, product recommendations Official feature pages and pricing matrices
AI builds the marketing 15 Natural-language segments, AI-generated automations and campaigns, AI forms and images Official feature pages and help centers
Free plan and cost 15 Free tier and the price at 1,000 and 10,000 contacts on the plan with the main AI features Official pricing; second-hand figures marked “about”
In-product assistant 10 Chat assistant or agent, plain-language analytics, audits, external connectors Official feature pages
Vendor’s own sending reputation 10 SPF, DMARC policy and BIMI on the vendor’s domain Our DNS checks, October 23, 2026
AI on the free or entry plan 5 Whether the AI is available before a mid-tier plan, and whether it is metered Official pricing matrices
Support on the entry plan 10 Hours and channels on the free or entry plan Official pricing matrices

Why these weights. Copy carries 20 because “AI features”, “writing” and “subject line” are what the searches that led to this page ask for most. Send-time optimization and prediction carry 15 because they are the AI features that move results without anyone reading the output. Cost carries 15 because the searches ask for pricing and free plans in half of all cases. The assistant carries 10 because most assistants are in beta and metered, and a beta should not outweigh a shipped feature.

Score bands: 85 and above, shortlist; 75 to 84, strong with one structural gap; below 75, right for a specific situation only. Ties are broken on the cost dimension, then on support, because the persona is a small business. Features labelled “coming soon” or “beta” on the vendor’s own page are scored as not shipped or scored down; features that need your own API key are scored on what the platform does with it.

What would change the order. Weight copy at 30 and prediction at 20 and cut cost and support to 5 each, the “let the AI run it” weighting, and Klaviyo widens its lead (91) with Brevo second (82) and HubSpot third (81). Weight cost at 30 and cut prediction and the assistant to 5 each, the budget weighting, and Omnisend (80) leads with SendPulse (79) and Brevo (78). Weight the builder dimension at 25 and copy at 10 and Klaviyo stays first with Omnisend and ActiveCampaign behind it. No hands-on tests are claimed; the score is desk research on official feature pages, help centers, pricing pages and our own DNS checks.

The 9 best AI email marketing platforms in 2026

1. Klaviyo

Most complete AI stack, predictive data and a drafting agent, on the priciest ladder#1 · 83/100
  • Every paid plan: AI subject line generator, smart copywriting from a brief, Smart Send Time, predictive analytics (churn risk, predicted next order date, lifetime value, channel affinity), dynamic product recommendations, Segments AI that builds a segment from a sentence, Flows AI and A/B testing AI; Personalized Send Time per recipient with the Marketing Analytics add-on
  • Composer (beta) drafts campaigns, flows and segments and audits existing flows, forms and templates; 500 credits a cycle free, $20 a month for 2,000, $10 per extra 1,000; the free plan includes $5 of Composer usage
  • Free 250 profiles and 500 emails; about $30 a month at 1,000 profiles, about $150 at 10,000, billed on every active profile; DMARC at reject and BIMI on klaviyo.com
  • Limitation: the most expensive ladder here; Segments AI is not available for EU-hosted accounts; Composer is beta and metered; predictive data needs a connected store; email support ends after 60 days on Free

Klaviyo wins because its AI is the most complete and the least gated: subject lines, copy, send time, prediction, segmentation and flow generation all arrive on the first paid plan, and the predictive fields (churn risk, next order date, lifetime value) are documented features rather than roadmap. The agent is where the beta label sits, and the rubric scores it down for being metered. The reason it is not a runaway is the bill: at 10,000 profiles it costs more than any other platform here, and the predictive data that justifies the price needs a connected store to exist.

Score breakdown (83/100): copy 5, predictive 5, builder 5, cost 2, assistant 4, vendor reputation 5, free access 3, support 3.

Cons: profile-based pricing; Segments AI not in the EU; Composer beta on credits; predictive features need store data; support ends after 60 days on Free.

2. Omnisend

AI subject lines and segments on the free plan, 24/7 support, send-time optimization costs extra#2 · 80/100
  • Every plan including Free: Omnisend Agent writes subject lines and preheaders, drafts copy in text blocks, and builds segments from a described audience with a connected store; Reports AI answers analytics questions on Standard and Pro
  • Send Time Optimization (clicks, opens or orders, within 24 hours) included on Pro and sold as an add-on on Standard; audience trend analysis flags customers likely to churn; product recommender on Pro; AI-generated signup forms and images on paid plans; the Agent has 2 tools on Standard and 5 on Pro
  • Free 250 contacts and 500 emails; Standard $16 a month at 500 contacts, about $20 at 1,000, $132 list at 10,000; Pro from $59; 24/7 live chat and email on every plan; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail on omnisend.com
  • Limitation: send-time optimization is Pro or a paid add-on; AI-built automations are not documented beyond suggested workflows; the segment builder needs a connected store; Reports AI answers "may occasionally be inaccurate"; no BIMI

Omnisend takes second on access and support: a store owner on the free plan gets AI subject lines and an AI segment builder on day one and a human on chat at any hour, which no other platform here matches. The AI is ecommerce-shaped (the segment builder needs a store, the recommender needs products) and the one feature the searches ask for by name, send-time optimization, is the one Omnisend charges extra for below Pro.

Score breakdown (80/100): copy 4, predictive 4, builder 3, cost 4, assistant 4, vendor reputation 4, free access 5, support 5.

Cons: send-time optimization Pro or add-on; no AI-generated automations; store required for segments; no BIMI.

3. Brevo

Aura writes whole campaigns from Starter, segmentation AI at $499#3 · 78/100
  • Aura generates a complete campaign design from a goal (beta: layout, copy, subject line, preview text), plus subject lines, paragraphs, calls to action, images, SMS and translations in 18 languages; the AI content generator is listed on Starter; "Create an automation with Aura" turns a sentence into an editable workflow
  • Send at best time for campaigns and automations on Standard; dynamic product recommendations through the Marketing agent; Aura is a chat assistant with Marketing, Sales, Conversations and Data agents and an MCP connection to Claude and ChatGPT
  • Free 300 emails a day; Starter about $9 a month for 5,000 emails; Standard about $18 for 5,000 emails and about $65 for 20,000, priced per email with unlimited contacts; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail and BIMI on brevo.com
  • Limitation: AI segmentation and the AI Data Analyst are on Professional at $499 a month; whole-campaign generation is beta; churn and lifetime value prediction not documented; email-only support on Free and Starter

Brevo is the platform where the AI does the most writing for the least money: a full campaign from a goal, in 18 languages, on a plan that starts at about $9 and charges per email rather than per contact. It is third because the two AI features that need data, segmentation and analysis, are gated to the $499 Professional plan, and because support on the plans a small business buys is email only.

Score breakdown (78/100): copy 5, predictive 4, builder 3, cost 4, assistant 4, vendor reputation 5, free access 3, support 2.

Cons: AI segmentation and Data Analyst at $499; campaign generation beta; no churn or value prediction; email-only support below Professional.

4. ActiveCampaign

AI builds automations and campaigns on every plan, predictive sending on Pro#4 · 74/100
  • Every plan: the AI campaign builder creates a full campaign with subject line, preheader, layout, images and copy from one prompt, the AI automation builder generates a workflow from a goal, and AI-suggested segments; AI content and image generation inside the editor on Plus and above; 500 AI credits a plan for advanced actions
  • Predictive Sending on Pro and Enterprise, recalculated weekly; an AI campaign calendar on Plus; the Active Intelligence workspace and sidebar answer performance questions with charts, limited on Starter and Plus and unlimited on Pro; MCP connectors for Claude and ChatGPT
  • No free plan; Plus $49 a month at 1,000 contacts (about $59 monthly), about $189 to $239 at 10,000; email and chat support, basic on Starter and Plus; DMARC at reject with SPF soft fail on activecampaign.com
  • Limitation: predictive sending only on Pro; editor AI not on Starter; Active Intelligence described as beta in the help center; no churn or lifetime value prediction; no BIMI

ActiveCampaign’s AI builds rather than writes, which is why it scores a 5 on the builder dimension on every plan: describe the automation and it exists. The gaps are predictive sending held for Pro, no free plan, and a cost at 10,000 contacts that third-party sources cannot agree on because the official page does not render prices.

Score breakdown (74/100): copy 4, predictive 3, builder 5, cost 3, assistant 4, vendor reputation 4, free access 3, support 3.

Cons: no free plan; Predictive Sending on Pro only; editor AI from Plus; beta assistant; pricing page shows placeholders; no BIMI.

5. HubSpot

Breeze on the free plan, agents on credits, real automation at $800#5 · 72/100
  • Every plan including Free: Breeze generates and refines marketing-email text and writes subject lines and preview text (30 requests a minute, 1,000 a day); Breeze Assistant creates records, drafts, images and data visualizations; Campaign, Nurture and Content agents from Starter, metered by HubSpot Credits (500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, $0.01 each beyond)
  • Breeze Assistant builds workflows on Professional and Enterprise; send-time suggestions in beta on Professional and per-contact optimization on Enterprise; AI image generation with Content Hub
  • Free tools send 300 branded emails a month; Starter about $20 a seat with 1,000 marketing contacts (promotional "from $7"); Professional $800 a month for 2,000 contacts plus $3,000 onboarding; Enterprise $3,600 with 10,000 contacts; DMARC at reject and BIMI on hubspot.com
  • Limitation: workflows and send-time optimization start at $800 a month; agents pause when credits run out unless overage is enabled; generation is inconsistent outside English; no predictive churn or value for email documented; email-only support on Starter

HubSpot has the deepest assistant here and gives its text and subject-line generation away on the free tools, which is why it scores 5 on copy and on the assistant. It is fifth because the AI that builds, the workflows and send-time optimization, lives on Professional at $800 a month plus onboarding, and because the agents that make Breeze interesting are metered in credits that a Starter account burns through quickly.

Score breakdown (72/100): copy 5, predictive 3, builder 4, cost 1, assistant 5, vendor reputation 5, free access 4, support 2.

Cons: $800 Professional for workflows; credit metering on agents; send-time beta and Enterprise-gated; seat pricing; English-first generation.

6. SendPulse

AI flows, chatbots and pages on the cheapest ladder, no send-time or predictive AI#6 · 69/100
  • The email editor's AI element creates text from a prompt and improves, extends, shortens, corrects, changes the tone of and translates existing copy into ten languages; Automation 360 generates a flow layout from a prompt and adds templates from the library; the landing page and pop-up builders generate layouts, copy and images; the chatbot builder generates flows and replies with an AI Agent element that branches by intent
  • 200 free AI requests across all tools, then AI on paid plans and the free trial with your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek API key, with token usage billed by the provider; a free MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and n8n to the account; AI in the CRM writes deal comments and replies
  • Free 500 subscribers and 15,000 emails a month; about $8 a month at 500 subscribers, about $12 at 1,000, about $60 at 10,000; 24/7 chat and email support on every plan; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail on sendpulse.com
  • Limitation: no send-time optimization (automation scheduling is a fixed time you choose), no predictive churn, value or recommendations, no AI subject line generator and no AI segment builder are documented; AI beyond the free requests needs your own API key; no BIMI record resolves
Visit SendPulse

SendPulse is an AI-driven email marketing and chatbot platform built for scaling businesses, and its AI is strongest where the others are weakest: building things. It generates an Automation 360 flow from a prompt, a chatbot flow from a prompt, a landing page from a prompt and a pop-up with its images from a prompt, and the chatbot AI Agent answers customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram in the same account, with payments in chats. SendPulse is a Meta Partner and an official WhatsApp Business API provider, it helps businesses attract leads and convert them into customers, it offers 40+ integrations and a free CRM, and it is an international company with an office in Brazil as well as the United States, Mexico and Ukraine, with support around the clock on every plan, including the free one, which is the largest here.

It scores sixth because the AI that the searches ask for by name is missing. There is no send-time optimization, no predictive data and no subject line generator documented, so the predictive dimension scores 1 and copy 3, and once the 200 free requests are used the AI runs on your own API key, which is honest pricing but a step the other platforms do not ask for. Where cost carries 30 points it moves to second (79); where copy and prediction carry 50 it drops to last.

Score breakdown (69/100): copy 3, predictive 1, builder 4, cost 5, assistant 3, vendor reputation 4, free access 3, support 5.

Cons: no send-time optimization; no predictive features; no AI subject lines or segments; own API key after 200 requests; no BIMI record resolves.

7. MailerLite

Subject lines on Free, writing credits on Comfort, no assistant#7 · 69/100
  • AI subject line generator on every plan (limited on Free); AI writing assistant on Comfort and Power with a credit allowance that cannot be topped up; Smart sending picks a time per subscriber on Comfort and Power; AI-generated HTML emails in beta and AI landing pages; images through Canva
  • No in-product assistant: the MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini analyze the account and draft automations (full access on Comfort and Power)
  • Free 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails; Comfort $12 a month at 500 subscribers, about $19 at 1,000, $89 at 10,000; knowledge base on Free, 24/7 email on Comfort, live chat on Power; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail and BIMI on mailerlite.com
  • Limitation: no predictive features, no natural-language segments, no in-product assistant; writing credits are finite on Comfort; the HTML email agent is beta

MailerLite’s AI is modest and cheap, which is the point: subject lines on the free plan, a writing assistant and smart sending for about $19 a month at 1,000 subscribers, and an MCP server for anyone who already pays for an external assistant. It ties SendPulse on points and takes seventh on the support tie-break; where cost carries 30 it moves to fourth.

Score breakdown (69/100): copy 4, predictive 3, builder 2, cost 5, assistant 2, vendor reputation 5, free access 3, support 3.

Cons: finite writing credits; no predictive data; no AI segments; no in-product assistant; knowledge-base support on Free.

8. GetResponse

Campaign generator and Perfect Timing from Marketer, three AI uses on Starter#8 · 65/100
  • AI email generator and AI subject line generator on every paid plan, with Starter limited to three uses in total across the email, subject line and landing page generators and Marketer unlimited; the AI Campaign Generator builds a landing page, welcome email and newsletter with text and graphics; AI website builder on Creator
  • Perfect Timing shifts delivery up to 23 hours per subscriber on Marketer, Creator and Enterprise; AI product recommendations on MAX with an XML feed
  • No free plan after the 14-day trial; Starter EUR 16 (about $19) at 1,000 contacts; Marketer EUR 54 (about $59) at 1,000 and EUR 99 (about $114) at 10,000; 24/7 email in seven languages and live chat on a daily schedule; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail and BIMI on getresponse.com
  • Limitation: three AI uses on Starter; no AI segmentation and no assistant documented; multilingual generation "coming soon"; pricing displayed in euros from the US

GetResponse ships a real campaign generator and a real send-time feature, and then rations them: three AI uses on Starter is a demo rather than a feature, and the plan where the AI becomes unlimited costs about three times as much. There is no assistant and no AI segmentation, so the dimensions that reward building score low.

Score breakdown (65/100): copy 4, predictive 3, builder 3, cost 3, assistant 1, vendor reputation 5, free access 2, support 4.

Cons: three AI uses on Starter; no assistant; no AI segments; recommendations on MAX only; euro pricing.

9. Mailchimp

Generative AI only on Standard, beta in English, no subject line generator documented#9 · 59/100
  • "Write with AI" generates, rewrites and polishes copy in the editor on Standard and Premium; the pricing table lists generative AI as "not included" on Free and Essentials; Intuit Assist is a beta for certain users in select countries in English only; no AI subject line generator is documented on the current pages
  • Send Time Optimization and send day optimization on Standard (campaigns only); predictive segments, predicted demographics, likelihood to purchase and predicted lifetime value with a connected store; Analytics AI explains revenue by campaign; natural-language segment and campaign building is labelled "coming soon"; connectors to ChatGPT and Claude on Standard and Premium
  • Free 250 contacts and 500 emails; Standard $20 a month at 500 contacts as a 50%-off first-year price, about $45 at 1,500 and about $135 at 10,000; 24/7 email and chat on paid plans; DMARC at reject and BIMI on mailchimp.com
  • Limitation: no generative AI below Standard; beta assistant restricted by country and language; subject line generation not documented; unsubscribed contacts billed unless archived

Mailchimp is the most-searched name on this topic and scores last, and the reason is plan gating rather than missing features. The predictive features are good and documented, which earns a 4. But the generative AI the searches ask about is not on Free or Essentials, the assistant is a beta for “certain users” in English, the natural-language builder is “coming soon”, and nothing on the current pages documents a subject line generator. A Standard subscriber gets a competent AI tool; everyone below that gets none.

Score breakdown (59/100): copy 3, predictive 4, builder 2, cost 2, assistant 3, vendor reputation 5, free access 1, support 3.

Cons: generative AI on Standard and above only; beta assistant limited by country and language; no documented subject line generator; “coming soon” builders; first-year pricing.

Also considered

Constant Contact appears in two of the AI searches and documents AI content generation and a campaign builder; it has no free plan and custom automations only on Premium, so it is not scored here. Kit and Customer.io each appear once; Kit’s AI is a writing assistant for creators and Customer.io’s is a developer-first platform outside this persona. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Einstein) and Braze are enterprise platforms covered in our enterprise email marketing ranking. Standalone AI writing software such as subject-line optimizers is not scored because it does not send email.

Which AI email marketing platform is right for you

  • A store that wants prediction, segmentation and an agent in one place, and can pay for it: Klaviyo.
  • A small store that wants AI subject lines and segments without paying, and 24/7 support: Omnisend.
  • The AI should design the whole campaign, in several languages, at the lowest per-email price: Brevo.
  • Describe the automation and have it built, on every plan: ActiveCampaign.
  • A CRM-first business that wants the deepest assistant and will grow into Professional: HubSpot.
  • Chatbots, landing pages and automation flows generated from prompts on the tightest budget, with no need for send-time AI: SendPulse.
  • Subject lines and smart sending for under $20 a month: MailerLite.
  • A campaign generator and Perfect Timing on the Marketer plan: GetResponse.
  • You are already on Mailchimp Standard and want predictive segments: Mailchimp.

Using AI in email marketing without losing the inbox

  1. Let the AI draft, not send. Every generative feature here produces a first draft. Read it for claims you cannot support and for the promotional phrasing filters learn to flag, then run it through the email spam checker.
  2. Use the segment builders to exclude, not just include. The fastest deliverability win from AI segmentation is a segment of people who have not opened in 90 days, suppressed from the next campaign. The list hygiene guide sets the thresholds.
  3. Treat send-time optimization as a test. Most platforms deliver within a 24-hour window of your chosen time. Compare it against a fixed morning send for a month before you trust it with automations.
  4. Check what the assistant can see. Agents that build workflows and campaigns act on your account. Review the roles they run under and, on HubSpot and Klaviyo, watch the credit meter.
  5. Authenticate your own domain. AI changes nothing about SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Publish them (DMARC checker) and check the result with the Sender Reputation Checker before the first generated campaign goes to the whole list.

ActiveCampaign's campaign builder writes the subject line and preheader as part of a whole campaign. Mailchimp and SendPulse do not document a subject line generator, although both generate body copy.

Which AI email marketing tools offer send-time optimization?

Klaviyo (Smart Send Time on every paid plan, per-recipient Personalized Send Time with an add-on), Mailchimp (Standard and above, campaigns only), Brevo (Standard and above), MailerLite (Comfort and Power), GetResponse (Perfect Timing on Marketer and above), Omnisend (included on Pro, add-on on Standard), ActiveCampaign (Predictive Sending on Pro and Enterprise) and HubSpot (beta on Professional, per-contact on Enterprise). SendPulse has no send-time optimization: its automation scheduling is a fixed time you choose.

Can AI build my email automations?

ActiveCampaign generates an automation from a described goal on every plan. Brevo's Aura turns a sentence into an editable workflow. Klaviyo's Composer drafts flows and audits existing ones. SendPulse's Automation 360 generates a flow layout from a prompt and adds templates. HubSpot's Breeze Assistant creates workflows on Professional and Enterprise. Mailchimp ships pre-built flows with AI-generated emails. MailerLite can draft automations only through its MCP server from an external assistant; Omnisend and GetResponse suggest workflows rather than build them.

Is there a free email marketing tool with AI features?

Omnisend's free plan (250 contacts) includes AI subject lines and the AI segment builder. HubSpot's free tools include Breeze text and subject line generation on 300 branded emails a month. MailerLite's free plan includes a limited subject line generator. Klaviyo's free plan includes $5 of Composer credits. SendPulse gives 200 free AI requests across all tools and then uses your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek API key on paid plans. Brevo lists its content generator from Starter, and Mailchimp's generative AI starts on Standard.

Does AI-written email hurt deliverability?

Not by itself. Mailbox providers score the sending domain, authentication, list quality and engagement, not who wrote the words. What does hurt is what generated copy tends to do at volume: repeated promotional phrasing, subject lines that over-promise, and sending to a list that never opted in. Run the draft through an [email spam checker](/tools/email-spam-checker/), keep SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, and let the AI segment builders exclude people who stopped opening.
