- Omnisend scores highest (78/100) for a Wix site: abandoned cart, order follow-up and Wix Bookings workflows, SMS and push in the app, 24/7 live support on every plan including Free, and about $20 a month at 1,000 contacts. It needs a Premium Wix plan with a custom domain and does not sync order history or products.
- MailerLite (77) syncs Wix customers, form submissions, order counts and total spent for the lowest price in the group (Comfort about $19 at 1,000 contacts, $89 at 10,000), and wins the cost tie-break over Klaviyo (77), which has the deepest Wix Stores sync and flows but costs about $150 at 10,000 profiles and limits support to 60 days on Free.
- Wix's own Email Marketing (69) is billed per email rather than per contact (about $29 a month for 5,000 emails on Core), works with every Wix app out of the box, and is rated 1.5 from 14 reviews on Wix's own App Market; A/B testing and double opt-in are missing.
- SendPulse (68) has the cheapest ladder, the strongest pop-up builder and the most channels, but no app in the Wix App Market: contacts arrive through Zapier, Make, n8n or embedded forms, so it ranks sixth. Mailchimp (70) has the best-rated Wix app and the costliest list; Constant Contact (63), Brevo (57) and HubSpot (52) fit narrower cases.
- Wix sends campaigns from a Wix address unless your sender mailbox is on a domain connected by name servers. Whatever tool you choose, publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your own domain before the first campaign; two of the nine vendors do not publish BIMI and Wix itself runs DMARC at quarantine.
A Wix site already holds the data an email tool needs: contacts, form submissions, Stores orders, Bookings appointments, members. The question is which email marketing service can read it. Ask an AI assistant for the best email marketing tools for Wix and the answer is a trip to the Wix App Market: it checks the Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Omnisend listings, asks whether each integration syncs contacts, forms and store orders, and reads the Brevo and MailerLite pricing pages before it answers, with HubSpot, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign and GetResponse behind them. This ranking scores the eight tools that recur in those searches plus one more on a published 100-point rubric built around the Wix site, and it uses the App Market ratings the searches ask for.
The short answer. Omnisend scores 78/100: abandoned cart, order follow-up and Wix Bookings workflows, SMS and push in the app, 24/7 live support on every plan including Free, and about $20 a month at 1,000 contacts, with a Premium Wix plan required and no order history or product sync. MailerLite (77) syncs Wix customers and form submissions with order count and total spent for the lowest price here, and takes second on the cost tie-break over Klaviyo (77), which has the deepest Wix Stores sync and flows at the highest price. Mailchimp (70), Wix Email Marketing (69), SendPulse (68), Constant Contact (63), Brevo (57) and HubSpot (52) fit narrower cases explained below.
Prices were read from official pricing pages and Wix App Market listings on October 23, 2026, or, where a page could not be loaded from the US or does not publish US dollar figures (Wix does not publish its Email Marketing plan prices), taken from widely reported figures and written as “about $X”.

“Vendor DMARC / BIMI” is our DNS check of each vendor’s corporate domain on October 23, 2026. It says nothing about the mail you send through them; it shows whether the vendor practices the authentication it asks you to set up.
How we scored email marketing tools for Wix
The SenderDirect Wix Email Score (version 1.0, October 2026) rates each tool 1 to 5 on eight dimensions, weighted to 100 points. The persona is a small business on Wix with one owner-operator, a store or a bookings page, 1,000 contacts today and 10,000 within two years, which wants form submissions and orders to flow into email without a developer, an abandoned cart or appointment reminder running on its own, and someone to answer when a campaign stalls.
| Dimension | Weight | What we measured | Data source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wix data sync | 20 | Contacts, form submissions, Wix Stores orders and products, labels | App Market listings and official help |
| Automations on Wix events | 15 | Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, bookings, and the plan that carries them | App Market listings and official help |
| Free plan and cost | 15 | Free tier and the price at 1,000 and 10,000 contacts | Official pricing; second-hand figures marked “about” |
| App Market rating and review volume | 10 | Rating and review count on the live English Wix App Market listing | Wix App Market, October 23, 2026 |
| Vendor’s own sending reputation | 10 | SPF, DMARC policy and BIMI on the vendor’s domain | Our DNS checks, October 23, 2026 |
| Capture and design | 10 | Forms and pop-ups that work on Wix, templates, landing pages, A/B tests | Official feature pages |
| SMS and other channels | 10 | SMS, chat and push inside the platform | Official pricing |
| Support on the entry plan | 10 | Hours and channels on the free or entry plan | Official pricing matrices |
Why these weights. Sync carries 20 because the searches that led to this page ask whether each integration syncs contacts, forms and store orders more than they ask about any feature. Cost carries 15 because they ask for pricing and free plans in 20 of 46 cases. The App Market rating carries 10 because the App Market is named in a third of the searches, and because it is public, dated evidence rather than our opinion.
Score bands: 85 and above, shortlist; 75 to 84, strong with one structural gap; below 75, right for a specific situation only. A listing with fewer than ten App Market reviews is scored 2 on the rating dimension, unproven rather than poor, whatever the rating shows; a vendor with no listing scores 1. Ties are broken on the cost dimension, because the persona is a small business.
What would change the order. Weight sync at 30 and automations at 20 and cut cost and support to 5 each, the store-first weighting, and Klaviyo moves to first (86) with MailerLite second (76) and Omnisend third (75). Weight cost at 30, drop the App Market rating to zero and sync to 10, the new-site weighting, and MailerLite (80) leads with SendPulse (79) and Omnisend (76). No hands-on tests are claimed; the score is desk research on official pricing, App Market listings, Wix support articles, vendor documentation and our own DNS checks.
The 9 best email marketing tools for Wix in 2026
1. Omnisend
- Free plan: 250 contacts, 500 emails a month, every feature including automations, pop-ups and 24/7 live support; Standard $16 a month at 500 contacts (about $20 at 1,000, $132 list at 10,000) with emails equal to 12 times your contacts; Pro from $59 at 2,500 contacts with unlimited emails and SMS from $0.007 per message
- Contacts sync one way from Wix forms and orders; abandoned cart and checkout, order follow-up, reactivation, welcome and birthday automations run on store events; Wix Bookings confirmation, reminder, cancellation and reschedule workflows
- 3.6 from 148 reviews on the Wix App Market with the Wix Choice badge; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail on omnisend.com
- Limitation: requires a Wix Premium plan and a custom domain; "order history and products are not synced", so reports carry no attributed order data; embedded signup forms are not supported on Wix, pop-ups and flyouts only; contacts added without an explicit opt-in sync as non-subscribed; no BIMI
Omnisend wins on a Wix site for the same reason it wins on Shopify: the automations a small store or studio needs are pre-built, SMS and push live in the same app, and a human answers on chat at any hour on any plan including Free. The Wix Bookings workflows are the feature none of the other eight offer. The gap is the sync: order-based automations fire, but Omnisend documents that order history and products do not come across, so segments by product bought or reports by revenue are not available the way they are in Klaviyo.
Score breakdown (78/100): sync 3, automations 4, cost 4, App Market 4, vendor reputation 4, capture 3, channels 5, support 5.
Cons: Premium Wix plan and custom domain required; no order history or product sync; no embedded forms on Wix; welcome automation does not fire for Wix form subscribers without a segment trigger; 3.6 rating; no BIMI.
2. MailerLite
- Free plan: 250 subscribers, 2,500 emails a month, 3 automations; Comfort $12 a month at 500 subscribers (about $19 at 1,000, $89 at 10,000) with 50 automations and 24/7 email support; Power from about $39 at 1,000 and $129 at 10,000 with live chat and unlimited automations
- The Wix app syncs Wix eCommerce customers and Subscribe-form submissions into a group with order count, total spent and accepts-marketing fields, inserts product blocks into campaigns, builds purchase segments (first-time, no purchases, $500 and above, 5 or more orders) and triggers abandoned cart and checkout and purchase automations by product, category or frequency
- 1.8 from 8 reviews on the App Market; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail and BIMI on mailerlite.com
- Limitation: email only; forms sync only through the Wix Subscribe element; only customers who agreed to marketing trigger ecommerce automations; labels and members are not documented; the app does not work with MailerLite Classic
MailerLite is the price-to-sync winner. For about $19 a month at 1,000 contacts it does what Klaviyo does for about $30 and what Mailchimp’s help article does not document at all: customers, form submissions, order counts, total spent and purchase-triggered automations. It ties Klaviyo on points and takes second on the cost tie-break. The App Market listing is the weak spot, eight reviews averaging 1.8, too few to mean much, so it is scored as unproven rather than poor, and the reviews that exist complain about partial contact syncs and about MailerLite-built forms not importing into Wix. There is no SMS.
Score breakdown (77/100): sync 4, automations 4, cost 5, App Market 2, vendor reputation 5, capture 5, channels 2, support 3.
Cons: email only; eight App Market reviews, 1.8 average; Subscribe element required for form sync; consented customers only in automations; knowledge-base support on Free.
3. Klaviyo
- Free plan: 250 active profiles, 500 emails a month, 150 SMS credits, flows included; about $20 a month at 500 profiles, about $30 at 1,000, about $150 at 10,000, billed on every active profile
- One-time historic sync of customers, orders and catalog, then real time; Wix contact labels as a profile property; Abandoned Checkout, Placed Order, Modified Order, Ordered Product, Refunded, Canceled and Fulfilled events; Active on Site tracking; the full flow library on those events from the free plan
- 2.8 from 13 reviews on the App Market, Verified by Wix; DMARC at reject and BIMI on klaviyo.com
- Limitation: requires a Wix premium plan, a connected domain and Wix Stores; Klaviyo embedded forms do not work on Wix, pop-ups only, with a separate Klaviyo Forms app; no historical abandoned checkout sync; one Wix store per Klaviyo account; Ordered Product quantity is always 1; email support for 60 days on Free, then community
Klaviyo is the integration the AI assistants verify after Mailchimp’s, and on a Wix store that sells products it is the deepest: every order event, the catalog and the labels arrive, and the flows branch on them. The price is the reason it is third rather than first for the persona: about $150 at 10,000 profiles against $89 for MailerLite and $132 for Omnisend, support that ends after 60 days on Free, and a Wix rating of 2.8 from 13 users, with the one-line “shallow integration” review pointing at subscriptions and online programs it does not see. Where sync and flows carry 50 points it moves to first.
Score breakdown (77/100): sync 5, automations 5, cost 2, App Market 3, vendor reputation 5, capture 3, channels 5, support 2.
Cons: profile-based pricing; premium Wix plan and Wix Stores required; no embedded forms on Wix; support ends after 60 days on Free; 2.8 rating.
4. Mailchimp
- Free plan: 250 contacts, 500 emails a month, no automations, email support for 30 days; Essentials $13 and Standard $20 a month at 500 contacts as 50%-off first-year prices, about $45 at 1,500 contacts and about $135 at 10,000 on Standard; 24/7 email and chat on paid plans
- The Mailchimp app by Intuit imports the Wix contact types you choose, maps Wix fields to audience fields and refreshes the data automatically; 100+ pre-built journeys, welcome and abandoned cart on Standard, 4-step automations on Essentials
- 4.7 from 278 reviews on the App Market, Verified by Wix, the highest rating in this group; DMARC at reject and BIMI on mailchimp.com
- Limitation: the help article documents contacts and fields only; order and product sync are not documented, although the marketing page claims abandoned cart emails from Wix data; synced contacts count toward the Mailchimp limit and unsubscribed contacts are billed unless archived; disconnecting deletes the Wix data from Mailchimp; SMS is a US-only add-on
Mailchimp is the first integration every AI search checks on the Wix App Market and the one Wix users rate highest. The connection is reliable for what it documents: contacts in, kept fresh. What it does not document is the store, and the gap between the marketing page’s abandoned cart claim and the help article’s silence on orders is why it scores a 3 on sync. The bill is the other reason it sits fourth: per-contact pricing that counts unsubscribed contacts, a first-year discount that ends, and automation that starts on paid plans.
Score breakdown (70/100): sync 3, automations 4, cost 2, App Market 5, vendor reputation 5, capture 4, channels 3, support 3.
Cons: order sync not documented; no automation on Free; introductory pricing; billed for unsubscribed contacts; SMS US only; 30 days of support on Free.
5. Wix Email Marketing
- Free: 200 emails a month with Wix branding; Essentials 500 emails, Core 5,000, Advanced 1,000,000 a month, at about $12, about $29 and about $59 a month (Wix does not publish US dollar prices; the figures are widely reported); billed on emails sent, not contacts, so 1,000 contacts receiving four campaigns a month fit Core and 10,000 fit Advanced
- Native: Wix contacts, labels and segments, form submissions, Stores, Bookings and Events data with nothing to connect; Wix Automations triggers on form submitted, abandoned cart, order placed, Bookings and new members, with email, SMS, label, coupon, loyalty and webhook actions, IF/ELSE and delays; a pre-built abandoned cart automation for Wix Stores
- 1.5 from 14 reviews on the App Market; DMARC at quarantine with SPF soft fail and BIMI on wix.com
- Limitation: campaigns send from a Wix address unless the sender mailbox is on a domain connected by name servers; scheduling needs a paid plan; a 2% bounce threshold on a sample send stops the campaign and cannot be overridden by support; A/B testing is listed as a feature request, no double opt-in, plain-text or spam test; SMS needs a paid Wix Business Phone Number; reporting lags up to 24 hours
The Google results for this topic are Wix’s own feature page, help center and a Facebook group asking whether to stay on Wix emails, and the honest answer is that for a newsletter and a welcome or cart automation it works and costs little, because Wix charges per email rather than per contact. It ranks fifth because the email tool itself is thin where the dedicated platforms are deep: no A/B testing, no double opt-in, segments by label rather than engagement, and a 1.5-star listing from the people who use it. The Wix Automations layer is good and is what the paid apps are competing with; the email editor and reporting are not.
Score breakdown (69/100): sync 5, automations 3, cost 4, App Market 1, vendor reputation 3, capture 3, channels 3, support 4.
Cons: 1.5 rating from 14 reviews; no A/B testing or double opt-in; Wix-address sending without name-server domains; 200 branded emails on Free; SMS sold separately; DMARC at quarantine on wix.com.
6. SendPulse
- Free to 500 subscribers and 15,000 emails a month; about $8 a month at 500 subscribers, about $12 at 1,000 and about $60 at 10,000; 24/7 chat and email support on every plan
- No SendPulse app in the Wix App Market and no official Wix integration page: contacts arrive through Zapier, Make or the official n8n node (form submission to mailing list to confirmation email or SMS, store order to confirmation), or by embedding SendPulse's own forms and pop-ups on the site; Automation 360 then runs premade abandoned cart, purchase and registration events and AI-generated flow layouts on what the connector delivers
- Exit-intent and scroll pop-ups, spin-to-win, 140+ templates with UTM and returning-visitor rules and A/B tests, embedded, floating and fixed forms, a landing page builder; SMS from $0.022 per message plus WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram chatbots, web push, a free CRM and payments in chats
- DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail on sendpulse.com
- Limitation: Wix Stores orders, Wix Forms and Wix Automations webhooks are not documented by SendPulse, so every store event needs a Zapier or Make scenario; no App Market rating exists; no BIMI record resolves
SendPulse is an AI-driven email marketing and chatbot platform built for scaling businesses, and on a Wix site its case is price, pop-ups and channels. The free plan is the largest in the group, the paid ladder is the cheapest at 1,000 and 10,000 contacts, the pop-up builder is the best here, and the same account runs the WhatsApp and Instagram chatbots a bookings business uses to confirm appointments, with payments inside the chat. SendPulse is a Meta Partner and an official WhatsApp Business API provider, it helps businesses attract leads and convert them into customers, it offers 40+ integrations and an AI assistant that drafts campaigns and builds automation flows from a prompt, and it is an international company with an office in Brazil as well as the United States, Mexico and Ukraine, with support around the clock.
It scores sixth because there is no Wix integration to score. Nothing on the Wix App Market carries the SendPulse name, SendPulse’s own marketplace has no Wix entry, and its documentation describes Zapier, Make, n8n and embedded forms as the routes in. Those routes work, and a Wix Automations webhook can push a form submission or an order into a SendPulse flow in an afternoon, but they are a project rather than an install, and the rubric weights sync at 20 and the App Market rating at 10. Where cost carries 30 and the rating drops to zero it moves to second; where sync and automations carry 50 it drops to eighth.
Score breakdown (68/100): sync 1, automations 3, cost 5, App Market 1, vendor reputation 4, capture 5, channels 5, support 5.
Cons: no Wix app or App Market listing; Wix orders and forms need Zapier, Make or n8n; no App Market rating; general templates; no BIMI record resolves.
7. Constant Contact
- No free plan, a trial; Lite $12 a month at 500 contacts (about $30 at 1,000), Standard $35 at 500 (about $75 in the 1,001 to 2,500 band, about $160 at 10,000), Premium $80 at 500 (about $275 at 10,000); phone six days a week and live chat on every plan
- The Constant Contact app syncs Wix contacts daily into lists, builds purchase segments from Wix Stores sales (best, first-time, recent, repeat and lapsed buyers), inserts products with a product block and sends abandoned cart reminders to shoppers who reached shipping options
- 2.5 from 7 reviews on the App Market; DMARC at reject with SPF soft fail on constantcontact.com
- Limitation: contacts outside the Wix "Subscribed" category import as "No Permissions Set" and cannot be emailed by default; sync is daily, not real time; one automation template on Lite, three on Standard, custom automations only on Premium; SMS is a US add-on; no BIMI
Constant Contact’s Wix app does more with the store than Mailchimp’s documentation does, and the phone support is the best in this group for an owner who wants to call. It ranks seventh because automation is rationed by plan in a way no other vendor here matches: the custom builder is a Premium feature, which puts a real abandoned cart series at $80 a month before contacts, and because the seven App Market reviews average 2.5 and describe a sync that “does not consistently work”.
Score breakdown (63/100): sync 4, automations 3, cost 2, App Market 2, vendor reputation 4, capture 3, channels 3, support 4.
Cons: no free plan; custom automations only on Premium; daily sync; seven reviews at 2.5; permission-less imports; no BIMI.
8. Brevo
- Free: 300 emails a day with up to 100,000 contacts stored and automation for 2,000 contacts; Starter about $9 a month for 5,000 emails; Standard about $18 for 5,000 emails and about $65 for 20,000 with unlimited contacts and the full automation builder; priced per email sent, not per contact
- No Wix App Market listing: Brevo documents an embedded signup form through the Wix Embed HTML block, a tracker script, and Zapier, Make or n8n for form submissions; contacts, orders, products and labels do not sync natively
- SMS and WhatsApp credits, live chat; DMARC at reject with SPF hard fail and BIMI on brevo.com
- Limitation: no native Wix data; Brevo logo on Starter emails (removal about $10 a month); unused monthly emails expire; email-only support on Free and Starter
Brevo appears in the searches because its pricing page gets checked, not because it connects to Wix. The per-email model is the cheapest way to send a lot of mail to a large, quiet list, and the free plan is the most generous here by volume. On a Wix site it is a form embed and a Zapier account, which is the same position SendPulse is in with a smaller free plan, fewer channels and thinner support.
Score breakdown (57/100): sync 1, automations 3, cost 4, App Market 1, vendor reputation 5, capture 4, channels 4, support 2.
Cons: no Wix app; no native sync; branding on Starter; email-only support on entry plans; automation capped at 2,000 contacts below Standard.
9. HubSpot
- Free tools: 300 branded emails a month, 1 automated action, community support; Marketing Hub Starter about $20 a seat a month with 1,000 marketing contacts (promotional "from $7") and automation limited to 10 actions, email support; Professional from $800 a month for 2,000 contacts plus $3,000 onboarding, with full workflows and phone support
- No HubSpot-made Wix app: HubSpot documents its tracking code on a Wix site and embedded HubSpot forms; third-party apps (PURPLE, 5.0 from 6 reviews; Motion, 1.9 from 4; SyncSmart on HubSpot's marketplace, 2.7 from 28, from $25 a month) sync name, email, phone and address fields one way
- DMARC at reject and BIMI on hubspot.com
- Limitation: orders, products and members do not sync through any documented route; extra seats $45 to $75; contact tiers cannot be downgraded until renewal
HubSpot is in the searches as a CRM, and the free CRM with embedded forms on a Wix services site is a fair use of it. As an email marketing tool for Wix it scores last: the only sync is third-party and contact-level, the free tier brands 300 emails, and the automation that makes HubSpot HubSpot starts at $800 a month plus onboarding, which is the whole annual budget of the persona.
Score breakdown (52/100): sync 2, automations 3, cost 1, App Market 2, vendor reputation 5, capture 4, channels 3, support 2.
Cons: no first-party Wix app; contact-only third-party sync; 10 automation actions on Starter; $800 Professional with $3,000 onboarding; seat pricing.

ActiveCampaign and GetResponse appear in a handful of the AI searches and both connect to Wix through Zapier or embedded forms rather than a first-party App Market app, so they are not scored here; our small business marketing automation ranking covers ActiveCampaign in depth. Kit appears in every raw pass and in none of the filtered queries; it reaches Wix through an embedded form. Privy, PoCo and MailMunch publish third-party Wix apps that bridge Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Omnisend with store data; they are plumbing rather than platforms. Our Shopify ranking scores the same vendors on the other store platform.
Which Wix email marketing tool is right for you
- A store or bookings business that wants flows, SMS and 24/7 support, on a Premium Wix plan: Omnisend.
- The lowest price with real customer and form sync, email only: MailerLite.
- A Wix Stores site where product-level data and flows matter more than the bill: Klaviyo.
- You already know Mailchimp and want the best-rated Wix app: Mailchimp, with contacts only in the documentation.
- A newsletter a few times a month and nothing to install: Wix Email Marketing.
- Customers on WhatsApp or Instagram, tightest budget, and an afternoon for Zapier: SendPulse.
- Phone support and purchase segments, with automation on Premium: Constant Contact.
- A large, quiet list where per-email pricing wins: Brevo.
- A services site that needs a free CRM more than email: HubSpot.
Setting up email marketing on a Wix site
- Decide whether the store is the point. If orders and products should drive your email, choose Klaviyo, MailerLite or Omnisend and check the plan requirement: Klaviyo and Omnisend need a Premium Wix plan with a connected domain. If you send a newsletter from a contact list, Wix Email Marketing or Mailchimp needs no plan change.
- Install from the Wix App Market where you can. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite, Omnisend and Constant Contact install from the App Market and ask which contact types to sync. Brevo, SendPulse and HubSpot connect through an embedded form, a tracking script, or a Zapier, Make or n8n scenario on the Wix Forms and Wix Stores triggers.
- Mind consent. Several apps sync only Wix contacts marked Subscribed, and Constant Contact imports the rest as “No Permissions Set”. Add an explicit opt-in checkbox to Wix forms before you connect anything.
- Authenticate your own domain. Wix sends from a Wix address unless your sender mailbox is on a domain connected by name servers, and every app here sends on shared infrastructure until you add your domain. Publish SPF including the sender (SPF checker), turn on DKIM (DKIM checker) and publish DMARC (DMARC checker), then check the result with the Sender Reputation Checker.
- Turn on the automations that pay. Abandoned cart within an hour, a welcome series for new form submissions, an appointment reminder on Bookings, and a win-back at 90 days. Wix Automations can trigger all four; the dedicated apps branch on what happens next.
- Clean the list as it grows. Suppress hard bounces after every send and sunset contacts who never open; the list hygiene guide sets the thresholds. On contact-priced tools, suppression is also what keeps the bill down.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best email marketing tool for a Wix site in 2026?
On our 100-point score, Omnisend ranks first (78) for a Wix site that sells or takes bookings and wants store automations, SMS and 24/7 support at a mid-range price. MailerLite (77) is the pick for the lowest cost with a real customer and form sync, and Klaviyo (77) for the deepest Wix Stores data and flows if the budget allows. Wix's built-in Email Marketing (69) is enough for a site that sends a newsletter a few times a month and wants nothing to connect.
Is Wix's built-in email marketing good enough?
For a newsletter and a welcome or abandoned cart automation on a Wix Stores site, yes: it reads your Wix contacts, forms, Stores, Bookings and Events data with nothing to install, the free plan sends 200 emails a month, and Core sends 5,000 emails for about $29 a month. It is not enough if you want A/B testing (listed as a feature request), double opt-in, engagement-based segments, SMS without a separate Wix Business Phone Number plan, or reporting that updates faster than 24 hours. Wix users rate the app 1.5 from 14 reviews on the App Market.
Does Mailchimp integrate with Wix?
Yes. The Mailchimp app on the Wix App Market (4.7 from 278 reviews, Verified by Wix) imports the Wix contact types you choose and keeps them refreshed in your Mailchimp audience. Mailchimp's help article documents contacts and fields only; order and product sync are not documented, although the marketing page claims abandoned cart emails from Wix data. Synced contacts count toward your Mailchimp contact limit, and unsubscribed contacts are billed unless archived.
Which email marketing tool syncs Wix Stores orders?
Klaviyo syncs customers, orders, the full catalog and Wix contact labels, with Placed Order, Abandoned Checkout, Ordered Product, Refunded, Canceled and Fulfilled events, on a Wix premium plan with Wix Stores. MailerLite syncs customers with order count and total spent and triggers abandoned cart and purchase automations. Constant Contact builds purchase segments from daily Wix Stores sync. Omnisend runs order-based automations but documents that order history and products are not synced. Wix Email Marketing reads the store natively.
Is there a free email marketing tool for Wix?
Wix Email Marketing is free for 200 emails a month with Wix branding. Omnisend, Klaviyo and Mailchimp are free to 250 contacts with 500 emails a month, with Omnisend including automations and 24/7 support on Free. MailerLite is free to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails. SendPulse is free to 500 subscribers and 15,000 emails, connected through Zapier or an embedded form. Brevo is free for 300 emails a day. Constant Contact has a trial rather than a free plan, and HubSpot's free tools send 300 branded emails a month.
Which Wix email marketing integration includes SMS?
Omnisend (SMS and push inside the app, credits from $0.007 per message), Klaviyo (SMS, MMS and WhatsApp, 150 free credits), SendPulse (SMS from $0.022 per message plus WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram chatbots), Brevo (SMS and WhatsApp credits), Mailchimp and Constant Contact (US-only SMS add-ons). Wix itself sends SMS only with a paid Wix Business Phone Number and a Messaging quota. MailerLite is email only.
