The short version
We built SenderDirect so that we do not need your data. The tools run in your browser, we do not require an account, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Tool lookups
When you check a domain or IP, your browser sends DNS queries directly to public DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers operated by Cloudflare (cloudflare-dns.com) and, as a fallback, Google (dns.google). Those queries do not pass through our servers and we cannot see them. The resolvers' own privacy policies apply to those requests.
Email headers pasted into the Header Analyzer are parsed entirely in your browser and never transmitted.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views in aggregate (page, referrer, country, device type). No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no personal profiles.
Cookies and local storage
We set no tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. You can clear it at any time.
Embedded widget
Sites that embed our widget load it in an iframe from senderdirect.online. The widget sets no cookies and follows the same browser-only lookup model described above.
Email you send us
If you email us, we keep the message only as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Outbound links
Our articles link to third-party websites, including email service providers we review. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before sharing data with them.
Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you (normally none, or only your email correspondence) and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@senderdirect.online.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
